To keep the bikes in as good condition as possible and avoid any safety risks for our riders, we remove bikes from the ground at our colder shares for 3-4 months.
No. Our Annual Fees are calculated to take into account the non-riding season at each of our bike shares.
No, we’ve got you covered. All Monthly billing will be turned off while bikes are hibernating. Should you see a monthly bill that you do not think is warranted, please feel free to contact Rider Support through the mobile app.
Our bikes return to the field in March or April, depending on your share. We will notify riders at each share via the mobile app as soon as we are back in operation.
